Jessica Villafana has proudly called Oldsmar home for the past 24 years. A graduate of the University of South Florida and a dedicated 35-year professional in the financial services industry, Jessica has built her life around service, leadership, and community involvement.Her commitment to Oldsmar is evident through her service as Treasurer of the Women’s Club of Oldsmar since 2018 and her work on both the Code Enforcement and Planning Boards, where she helps address the issues shaping the future of our city.Jessica is committed to transparent communication, accountability, fiscal responsibility, environmental resiliency, and keeping Oldsmar safe, strong, and thriving for every resident.
